A very late Series-I, 3.8L coupe, this particular car has been well cared for. Having been stored in a dry climate by an elderly man most of its life has kept the metal work on this vehicle in good condition. Panel fit and finish is good and the gauges read extremely low mileage. The numbers matching 3.8L, I-6 is purring like a kitten and fires right away.
Over the years, this car has been somewhat of a chameleon and changed paint at least 3 times. However, a quick inspection behind the center dash section revealed this beauty’s true colors: a deep maroon. The interior is the original black and is usable and functional. We will have the Heritage Certificate soon and be able to verify the original color. Certificate will be sold with the car.
These running, driving S-I, 3.8L “E”-types are rapidly becoming quite hard to find and generally do not last long on the market.
