Early series-II Sebring was recently brought in after the previous owner had completed around 70% of a full restoration. This car comes with many original parts and has been repainted in the original Champagne color–of which it is believed that only two vehicles left the factory wearing this shade.  Originally designed for the American Gran Turismo market, the Sebring was based on the successful 3500 GTI and shared many common parts. Power was increased on the 3.7Litre, inline-6 engine(originally derived from the Formula 1, 350S), which originally came with a Lucas fuel injection system and a powerful twin-spark mechanical Magneti-Marelli ignition system. Following is a list of major items already completed on this beautiful restoration.

Full paint; engine fully rebuilt; Weber carburettors fully rebuilt and detailed; starter and alternator rebuilt; new clutch and pressure plate; differential rebuilt with new bearings and seals; all new brakes, rotors, master cylinder and pistons in rebuilt calipers and boosters rebuilt; all new front suspension and completely rebuilt rear; 5-Borranis professionally refinished; 4 new Michelin tires and tubes; new AC compressor, hoses and dryer; new SS exhaust and hangers; all chrome replated; new Carello headlamps; all new interior and badges and much, much more…
