We’ve recently invested $300,000 to transform our workspace into a state-of-the-art paint and body restoration facility. We stripped our 4,000 square foot area down to its concrete floors and remodeled it with a diamond special floor finish. This new finish provides a sturdy and visually appealing base, perfect for the demanding work of a high-end paint and body shop. The transformation was not just about aesthetics, but also about creating a space that enhances our work and productivity. Every detail was considered to ensure a workspace that meets our high standards.
The renovation also included the installation of new plumbing systems. These systems ensure legal and efficient drainage of wastewater into a dedicated sand trap beneath the facility. This upgrade is not just about compliance with regulations, but also about creating a safer and cleaner working environment. We believe that a great workspace is key to delivering great results.
A highlight of the renovation is the 24 ft oversized Garmat Downdraft booth. This state-of-the-art installation, equipped with the latest LED commercial lighting, enhances the quality and precision of our work. The booth allows us to work on larger vehicles and projects, expanding our capabilities. This is just one of the ways we are pushing the boundaries in car restoration.
To further improve our services, we’ve installed a BASF German paint mixing bank. This advanced system allows us to create custom color matches with greater efficiency and accuracy. Our Master Matcher ensures that every color is mixed to perfection, resulting in flawless finishes. Since the upgrade, we’ve produced several nationwide award-winning paint jobs, a testament to our commitment to quality and excellence.
As the owner of the body and restoration shop, I take immense pride in the new setup. I even go as far as to say it’s nicer than our showroom! This pride is not just about the physical space, but also about the level of service we can provide to our customers.
